A Little About Us

• Who We Are!

  We are a locally owned and operated business located in the North East of Victoria whose love and passion for animals extended to bringing joy to others by offering to exhibit our mobile farm at venues such as primary and high schools, playgroups, kindergartens, pre-schools, field days, fetes, annual shows, corporate events and children's parties.

• Our Experience !

• We have about 15yrs experience in animal handling, including educating children on animal behavior and at the same time teaching them the responsibility of owning an animal as well as showing the children the many different types of animals you can have as pets and where they originate from and maintain the care of a certain animal.

• How McWaddleduk Mobile Farm came to be!

• We started out as just a "show and tell" for our two daughters about 8 years ago when we would take our pets into there classrooms. We truly enjoyed the excitement and reactions we would receive from both teachers and children. From this experience we discovered that even though we lived in a semi rural township, many of the children had never seen the basic farm animals.

• Areas That we Service

• We service area's within a 100km radius of Albury/Wodonga.

• How we conduct our show

• We will arrive half an hour before the show starts so as we can set up the yards. We will then introduce our selves to you all and explain a little about each animal to start with. This does not go for long as you will want to get in and have some hands on so we tell you more about the animals as we along and explain to you the importance of caring for and the responsibilities that go with animals. We will try to answer all your questions as we go along.

• Depending on class sizes and or amount of people expected to be there is depending on how long you will need to book for, a usual demonstration is generally between 2- 2.5 hours. This is just your time and does not include set up and pack up.

• The children will all be able to TOUCH FEEL SMELL all the animals in a controlled environment to reduce the risk of injury to the animals and yourself.
